The hotel's room had some issues with the dated appearance, but it was very spacious and impeccably clean with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, we couldn't be moved due to full occupancy because of a wedding happening. The service was exceptional at the gym and spa facilities, although some staff members weren't as friendly. The location, while quiet and just 7 miles from Richmond, had some noise issues during check-in due to loud music. The dining experience was disappointing, with dry and cold breakfast not worth the price. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with friendly and helpful staff, even though some aspects could be improved.
The hotel has a stylish and comfortable room layout, but I was disappointed that my requested room with separate twin beds was not provided. The extra-large bed was incredibly comfy, though.
The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean with standard amenities, but the view from the windows was obstructed by a large heating/ventilating unit. There was an unpleasant drain smell in the bathroom, and the breakfast service was lacking, with items running out and being served inconsistently.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with very modern and comfortable rooms, but the dining experience could improve with better breakfast options. The staff was friendly and forthcoming, and the location was fine for my visit. The pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel rooms were clean and fresh, working well for our 12yr old boy, but sadly the size was too small to have 2 people standing while beds are changed. The service completely disappeared, with multiple instances of extreme rudeness. The dining experience was mixed, with varied options but some issues with timing. Facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.
The hotel offers good fittings in good condition in the rooms, lovely walk-in showers with pleasant amenities, and a great blackout curtain. The bar and leisure facilities, including the pool and spa, are excellent. However, only one towel is provided for two guests, which can be inconvenient.
